Upstairs, Man Studios, located in downtown Lowell, MI, with fun and unique instrumentation with a focus on quality over quantity. We offer professional level tracking and mixing services while maintaining integrity to the sound you desire. If you are looking for clean tight knit sound for live tracking with a band, then you are in the right place! We have three dedicated live tracking rooms, a vocal booth, and mixing station located downstairs.

Additionally, we are in close contact with other individuals capable of finding the unique sounds you desire. From hip-hop to metal, we can connect you to someone willing and capable of making your record sound its absolute best.

We believe there is no wrong way to approach a track and are willing to try any technique of recording. We offer a donation based demo session of the space upon request. Our rate at Upstairs Man, Studios is $25 an hour with a three hour minimum. Day sessions are eight hours maximum at a rate of $150.

We currently run the latest version of ProTools for our recording DAW and use a Presonus 32S for our mixing board. We can accommodate a variety of mic set ups and have plenty of house gear for use. Come record your next hit song today!
